Swatch: Julep January

Julep January!
This served as the base for my Canada Day themed nails =) January is a really nice red creme, opaque in three coats and very very bright. If you want a basic red, this one's a pretty good call and if you like Julep mystery boxes, I got two of them in those, so you might try that before you spend the $14.
