I forgot to post this earlier so here it is.
Julep Marisa + Julep Jodie + KleanColor Chunky Holo Black
The last two worked out how I wanted them too. Unfortunately you can't see the holographic glitter so well, but I promise you it looked amazing and gave it the ember flying fire effect I wanted from this =)
